Legal Framework & Confidentiality

In accordance with the law of May 16, 2023, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, Luxroutage is implementing a reporting procedure dedicated to whistleblowers.

The whistleblower may report, anonymously if they wish, any violation (whistleblowing) contrary to the object or purpose of national or European law within the framework of Luxroutage's professional activities by filling out the form below.

Luxroutage is committed to protecting the whistleblower. This report will be treated with complete confidentiality and impartiality by the persons in charge; no one else will have access to your report.
